The Head Speed PRO Tennis Racquet is geared towards advanced, tournament-level players and caters primarily towards providing optimal control during fast-paced matches. The Speed PRO weighs 310 grams (unstrung) meaning you can get some weight behind your shots, however, the headlight balance point also adds in an extra element of maneuverability to your swing.

The dense 18×20 string pattern provides the player with a beautiful feel on contact with the ball, this is further enhanced by the introduction of Head’s new Auxetic construction. Auxetic constructions widen when a “pull” force is applied and contract when squeezed, the bigger the applied force, the bigger the Auxetic reaction.

Other technologies included in this awesome racquet are Head’s famous Graphene Inside positioned strategically around the frame for stability and optimised energy transfer, Power Grommets to maximise string movement giving some extra power, Directional Drilling to deliver a plush impact feel, and an aerodynamic Swing Beam cross-section to boost swing speed and power… PHEW!
